This information is stored primarily on your device.

2. Local Data Storage

FinexCal is designed to work mainly offline.

Your financial records remain stored on your device unless you choose to export or restore a backup.

We do not automatically upload your personal financial data to our servers.

3. Backup & Restore

If you use the Export Backup feature, the backup file is saved to the location you choose on your device.

If you use Restore Backup, the selected backup file is used to restore your data.

You are responsible for keeping your backup files safe.

4. Notifications

FinexCal may send local reminder notifications for:

EMI Due Dates
Expense Reminders
Income Reminders
Savings Goals
Meal Diary
Calculator Tips
Other financial reminders

These notifications are generated on your device based on your settings.

5. Premium Subscription

FinexCal offers an optional Premium subscription through Google Play Billing.

Google securely manages all purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payments.

FinexCal does not collect or store your payment card or banking information.

6. Permissions

Depending on the features you use, FinexCal may request permissions such as:

Notifications
Storage/File Access (for Backup & Restore and PDF Statements)

Permissions are used only for the related features.

7. Data Sharing

FinexCal does not sell, rent, or share your personal financial information with third parties.

Your information remains under your control.

8. Data Security

We use appropriate measures to help protect your locally stored data.

However, no storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

FinexCal is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Any updates will be reflected by changing the Effective Date.
